What started as a personal commitment to improving body composition, building muscle, and developing mental resilience has evolved into a genuine passion for helping others take control of their fitness, nutrition, and long-term health.

More recently, Josh has developed a strong interest in competing in bodybuilding, with a focus on the Classic Physique division. That pursuit continues to deepen his passion for structured training, physique development, and helping clients train with purpose.
